Leah

Leah has been in the dental field since 1982, when she received her certification from Northern Kentucky University Dental Assisting Program. She then furthered her education at the University of Louisville, where she received her Expanded Duties Certification in 1984, and again in 2002.  Leah has been with Dr. Sheridan's practice for over 18 years, both as an Expanded Duty Assistant and Office Manager. Leah lives in Alexandria with her husband and three children.  In her spare time she enjoys reading and walking.

   

 

 

 

 

Colleen

Colleen chose a profession in the healthcare field when she decided to become a nurse. After 25 years in this profession, she joined Dr. Sheridan's team in 2004, where she is a Hygienist. She feels blessed to have found a great group of co-workers who share the common goal of educating patients on the importance of good oral health. She has three beautiful children, Brian, Dustin, and Maria, whom are the light of her life.  Colleen enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, spending time with family and friends, and also volunteering her time for those less fortunate.  Colleen is proud to carry on the faith and values instilled in her by her parents... to treat everyone as you would like to be treated: THE SHERIDAN WAY!

 

 

Dustin

Dustin has been with Dr. Sheridan since 2004. He is a graduate of Newport Central Catholic, and has always had an interest in dentistry.  He is currently working as a dental assistant, and is also in charge of ordering supplies.  In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with friends and family.

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                 

 

Amy                            

        Amy, a Dental Hygienist, graduated from Northern Kentucky University, and has been with Dr. Sheridan since 2001. Amy enjoys her time with her patients, and values dental care and the opportunity to share her passion about good oral health. She has a wonderful husband and two children who fill her life. Much of her spare time is spent with her family and her church.                           

 

 

 

Kathy

Kathy joined the Sheridan team in 2007, bringing with her 20 years of experience in the dental field.  Kathy’s experience spans both hands-on dental assisting and office management.  Her favorite part of her job is interaction with patients, both on the telephone and in person.  Kathy is married with two children, two stepsons and two grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys all types of exercise, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

 

 

 

 

Mary Beth

Mary Beth has a Secondary Education Degree from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Masters Degree from Xavier University.  Mary Beth grew up with dentistry, first assisting her father during summers, and then working through dental school with her husband. She has now taken on a managerial position in the field. Mary Beth’s passions outside the office are crafting, beading and spending time with her family.
